We were amazed by the beautiful and elegant lobby, one of the best we've seen in historic hotels. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, from the lobby to our comfortable and very clean room on the first floor. The staff was friendly and helpful, always springing into action when needed. The hotel's location was perfect, with local shops nearby and a charming restaurant within walking distance. Parking and transportation were convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area.
Nothing could have been better.

There is a grand lobby. The property had free WiFi. Cochise college adult ed was in the immediate vicinity. No complaints, we would come here again when in Douglas...

The location of the hotel is great, with local shops and restaurants nearby. It's convenient to have everything within walking distance, especially if you want to explore the Wilcox area or have a nice meal in the charming restaurant. the room is comfortable with well-furnished interiors and a cozy atmosphere. the bathroom has a vintage touch, taking you back to a different era.
The elevator might be a bit uncomfortable for some guests, as it is manually operated.

The hotel's location was great, just a short distance from historic landmarks. The lobby area was also impressive with unique decorations that catch the eye. The staff was very accommodating during our stay.
The room we were assigned was not what we expected, it had a musty odor and felt damped. The bedding was also old and needed to be changed.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a small town, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the beautifully restored lobby with its grand staircase and Tiffany-style windows, to the remodeled woman's bathroom, everything was tastefully done. Secondly, the rooms on the upper floors were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, with service that was both friendly and attentive. One detail that stood out was the delicious lunch served in the hotel's restaurant, which truly exceeded expectations.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great, with nothing to complain about.

This hotel was a truly delightful surprise! the location was perfect for exploring the town and the surroundings. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations for places to visit. the hotel boasted amazing historical architecture, including beautiful stained glass and marble accents. the outdoor veranda was a true oasis, the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. We also loved the bar service and the local ranch brand displays on the walls.
Honestly, there was nothing about this hotel that we didn't like! the rooms were a bit small, but that only added to their cozy charm.
